  1. Both have their strenghts, it’s a toss up, I’d say. FFWD’s biggest pro is the 240 hubs, but they’re heavier and shallower. Hunts external rim width is wider, the’re deeper, and lighter, but you’re getting their hub – although with Ceramic Speed bearings. If only these two are in the running, I think my vote would go to Hunt.

However… If your main issue with the current wheelset is rim width, then you could certainly find better than these two. While externally they’re wider than your stock wheels, internally they’re both 21 mm – which I believe is identical to your wheels.
If I were to spend money on a new wheelset, I’d make sure that it’s a significant improvement, to justify the spend. Those two sets you’re looking at, are not that, IMO.
Besides the rims being the same internal width, they’re also not particularly light, at 1620g (FFWD) and 1581g (Hunt) listed weights, which are almost certain to be a bit more IRL.

For the money, I think you could do much better in terms of weight for 60 mm deep wheels (like about 200g+ better), and wider rims (@ 23-24 mm internal).
