Personally, I’d avoid the Mavic. Breaking a spoke on those Ethirteen won’t be as painful, and they’re alright rims. If you could find a DT Swiss takeoff wheelset for that price, go for that instead.
Mavic is not what it used to be, the parts are almost impossible get. E13 is a great small niche company and still in business. So I’d go with the latter if the two.
