Hey yall I've got I think at the headset a little problem. As seen in the pic there's a little gap between the headset and the frame and if it's not tight enough the green thing just starts moving front and back also if I tighten it a bit more not to move when I try to steer left/right it just hard to do so.If anyone could help I will be very grateful.

Bearings are shot. Time to replace.
Make sure the top and bottom bearings are not flipped upside down, as each has a chamfer that is supposed to fit into its cup.
My bikes have Cane Creek headsets, and those top bearing covers (the coned piece just below your three wide spacers in your photo) has a interior bushing that can sometimes pop off and people just place it back into the coned piece without being properly seated. This results in a smallish gap like yours and a wiggle. If you try to tighten the whole assembly with the top tensioning bolt in an attempt to remedy this gap and wiggle, it will start locking up the bearings, which may actually damage them and even break them apart.
BTW, in the future, do not remove your fork for transport. Front and rear wheels, sure, take those off. But the separation of the fork from the frame will often require regreasing of the headset each time. Not worth it. You can try loosening the stem so you can twist the handlebars, if that will assist you in a tight space, but that’s as far as I would go during a bike transport.
