I Iive in a small condo two bedroom one bath, just under 950 sq ft. It's a second floor unit and currently I keep my fat tire at the bottom of the stair well that is the entrance. Crammed in the corner/up the stairs. It's pretty much destroyed the walls, carrying bikes up and down the stairs isn't ideal but I'll have too, I'm down to 2 bikes now… I recently purchased a new electric assist full suspension, the sale was too hard to pass up. I need some kind of storage solution. What do you all think is a good a solution? I posted pics of what I see as my only real options currently, my spare room is being rented now.

Do you live in a safe area? Hanging in front of the window would make mer nervous
How heavy is your ebke? I use a gravity style bike rack that leans against the wall and holds 2 bikes. You would have to check the weight limits
vertical racks are nice. if you can bear a few seconds per ride, it might be worthwhile to turn your bars when storing your bike
I wouldn’t want that much weight over my head when going up and down the stairs. I think the spot in front of the door makes the most sense if you can spare the space. I would definitely keep those blinds shut while you’re not home. Even if you’re on the second floor, having two expensive bikes on display would invite trouble
I use a vertical rack and it generally works well, with one caveat which is that it doesn’t handle complex frame layouts well. It has two horizontal arms with rubber covers which holds the frame up. This works great for my hardtail which has a traditional frame design with lots of space. For my wife’s full suspension bike I have to carefully maneuver both arms into the open spots in the frame around the rear shock. But it’s worth the trade off to save the floor space.
