The Marlboro points folding MTBs are everywhere by me. Does anyone have one? Thinking about setting one up fixed for work trips but it doesn't seem like it packs down any better than a normal bike on a bike box. Either way they're funny and kind of cool!

I’ve been casually watching for them, but don’t want one enough to pay shipping. I’d like the ability to fit it in the trunk on work trips via rental car.
I wish I could, purely for novelty actually, but they seemingly never even appeared in Europe. The folding is definitely not on the most space efficient side but it just looks cool.

Heavy boys
I have one that I spent way too much on. I set it to accommodate modern hubs and built it up 1x.
It was a fun project, but probably not a very wise one to have done. I wouldn’t do anything beyond easy trails, and it isn’t *that* compact when folded.
Just saw one of these on the Chicago area FB marketplace!
I’ve had 2 that I’ve made into swing bikes by cutting off the locking arm after the hinge and putting on banana seat and ape hangers
If that’s how small it folds what’s the point in it folding.
Bicycle Pubes did.
My 1st MTB! Got it from Marlboro miles
definitely heavier than most bikes, but the full size (ie 26″ wheels) make it a bit comfier. i got rid of mine as i figured it wasnt worth the cash to spec it out enough for it to be a comfortable ride.
