  1. It has Shimano exage parts, which means it’s from the early nineties, and sorta entry-level/midrange, a decent bike overall but not highly sought after or anything. A repaint will easily cost more than the bike is worth- I’ve been told by my local framebuilder it’s like $400 for a powder coat, but that doesn’t include stripping and rebuilding the bike, and probably doesn’t include steipping the old paint off.
