These are Maillard CXC pedals. They came on a 1985 Schwinn Super Le Tour I have been rebuilding. I can’t figure out how to get to the bearings for degreasing/regreasing. Can anyone offer tips?

I can’t help you with your problem. I just came here to tell you that those are some lovely crank arms. Man, just gorgeous.
Pry off the dust cap and it should be serviceable as any other pedal of that vintage. There is a nut on the dust cap side and then the spindle, lock nut and cone.
