We went into Sheffield city centre to film the antics on a Saturday night in Sheffield city centre. The main action was on Divison street, Sheffield. Where we recorded a mass street brawl between drunken saturday night partiers and two bounces. Big fight in Sheffield on a Saturday night captured on camera. We also meet a homeless charity worker and go around with him while he does amazing work helping the homeless people in Sheffield city centre. We meet and chat with many homeless people in this video. What is it like to be homeless in Sheffield? Is anyone helping them? Night time city centre walk and talk.
Walking through Sheffield city centre noting the change in British society recently. There no longer seems to be a feeling of community or even safety in UK city centres anymore. How does Sheffield compare to other UK city centres. Why do Uk city centres feel so unsafe now a days? What has changed over the last 5 years in the UK , it feels a very different place to when i was last here. Sheffield is my hometown, i moved away and became an expat. Returning to Sheffield 5 years later feels very different to how it used to. UK society and culture seems to be collapsing. City centres in England. Deprivation, cost of living, cultural enrichment, immigration, demographic change in UK. Saturday night violence, drunkenness and debauchary. Big fight in sheffield city centre.

Let's not forget, during the 'pandemic' they could miraculously get homeless people off the streets. This is real life proof, they want the people of this country eradicated. It's a horrific reality. Don't watch Charlie, keep with what you're doing. Don't break your sincerity. Also, the salvation army supply bikes to the immigrant hotels. Please don't go down the Veitch & Moore route. Other peoples misery are not the creator s of success

I barely recognise Sheffield city centre pubs , now , in the 1980 s it was a totally different place a different atmosphere, all the pubs and nite clubs had different names, and shops wouldn't have been open at night time and there were no such things as vapes or vape shops 😮
Our people shouldn’t be on the streets whilst ‘illegal’ invaders of our country are sitting in a hotel with the heating on full blast and 3 meals a day, it’s fucking wrong.

Aaah man. There was a homeless guy in his thirties who slept in my shop doorway. It was forecast to drop to minus 3 overnight and I saw him rock up as I have a camera inside shop. I microwaved a meal I had at home and drove there to see him. Called the local councillor and someone else I know who had had dealings with a homeless charity. Got him in my car with this lady and we drove him to a homeless hostel and they wouldn’t take him. The lady, who has a few quid, put him up in The Premier Inn for £100! This was pre covid. Long story short he now lives in this ladies house. It’s been a frickin rollercoaster. He was offered accommodation but my God – he rocks up and on the stairwell folks are doing crack. The people housing these people do not really care about them. Just a box ticking job for them. This guy is vulnerable and could easily fall back into that shitty world of substance abuse. He had historically done heroin but got off it and doctor confirmed he was off it. So he refused to live there so they refuse to give him any of his other support as he is ‘refusing’ accommodation. They just make it worse for them, and so stressful they think screw this and go back to the street.
This lady was like a guardian angel to him. She went to the council God knows how many times to apply for benefits etc etc so he now gets some income. It was a battle for her and she is a retired professional and a tough cookie. She took him to the doctors and managed to get him meds to get him off the painkillers he was taking. Tramadol I think.
He has a totally fxcked up childhood, no love and all that. Grew up in wrong area, ended up stealing etc. the lady puts him up. He has stolen cash and jewellery to pay people off he owes who threaten to beat him up and worse. She stuck by him despite all this and he is by no means what you may call ‘normal’, whatever that is, but he is in a miles better place.
In May last year I lost the shop – the one where he slept in the doorway. My landlord booted me out as I was behind a bit on rent. Over two decades there.. when the ‘homeless chap’ heard what had happened he came to find me and told me if it wasn’t for me he’d likely be dead behind some bins (some nights he slept in those huge bins restaurants etc use!). He offered to squat in the shop to piss off my landlord lol. I told him no, but did like his thinking.
Now he has had someone smart help him out and it’s still been a damn struggle to get anywhere. It is virtually impossible for these folks to escape the streets if they are alone. Three people he knew on the streets have died in last couple of years. It’s harsh.
The other thing long term homeless miss is the social aspect of being on the streets. This chap really did miss not seeing the regular people he’d got to know, and couldn’t stand being alone in a room. Did his head in. So many things you don’t even think about.
