Balkans routing advice

Hi, I have posted here before about this route but it's been refined. We're looking for advice on the route – we moved it more inland after strong advice about some of the coastal parts of Croatia in particular. Please let us know if we're missing anything or should remove anything. Locals and people who've toured the region please help!
