Officer I’ve just took my neighbours mobility scooter he’s asked for it back and I’ll return it later, but that will be ok right because at the end of the day he’ll get it back asking for a friend
At the end of the day, nothing was done about a technical assault and the theft of his bike,that was down to the auditor.

What should have been done is he should have asked to see the footage. Investigation is the 1st step of police work
So according to the police ,you can go steal some stuff from the shops or from anyone and then when they catch you you can say ahhh i am not stealing it officer ,you can have it back so ive not stolen it ! , WTF, theft is theft isnt it ? they should be charged !!
