So I’m looking to upgrade my bike to Di2 and was wondering where the wire for the front derailleur goes?
Would the wire go in the hole with that bolt, circled, is as it definitely won’t fit through the hole where the wire for the mechanical derailleur currently is?
If so, are there any tips on the installation? To me that hole looks very close to the tyre.

I’m pretty sure that’s for fender mounting. You need to check and see if your bike is di2 compatible. Not all frames are.
Unless there’s another (possibly plugged) hole around the height of your front derailleur or just below the bottle cage holders your frame is officially not compatible with di2.
Most people that ran into similar issues enlarged the existing cable hole slightly. Doing so is at your own risk and will void warranty.
