Interesting. Hard to say what it is though. It’s been repainted obviously. Lugs and fork crown are kinda simplistic without the brand being cast in as it often was on nicer bikes. Chainstays a little long. Anyway if the hubs and BB are in good shape, would be a keeper. How much do they want?

I have very similar unknown looking frame. It has an “Ishiwata Double Butted” sticker on it
