Can’t comment on the first website but I used Winstanleys more than 10 years ago just fine. That makes them more than well established in my book.
For the record, the consumer rights laws in the UK have you comfortably protected when buying from any UK registered company. If they were to not provide the product or service you purchased they risk having their license to trade rescinded. So the first should be fine also.

Winstanleys were notoriously a bit crap, but they will refund etc and are a legit website. Never heard of the last one, so I’d avoid them.
Once again crazy prices, that’s cheaper than trade…

If you’re old enough, TBH that’s what credit cards are for. Any decent card (and all the premium ones like Amex, Discover) will have fraud protection and can claw back the funds if anything goes wrong.
If in doubt, don’t pay with real money.

Bike parts is a very legit site. It’s woolly hat shop bicycles from eBay. Huge shimano dealer.
