Oh that is a new vehicle. Looking at the thumbnail my first thought was that looks in great shape for one of those type of vintage cars.
You wondered if you could park it with the rear wheels to the curb. I'm thinking If you put the front wheels to the curb you could pop out right the sidewalk.

Everyone making out new vehicle. They were around in 60s. Bubble cars!
I spotted one of these in Nottingham the other day, parked outside a chip shop. It looks they were using it for food deliveries.
I bet they'll be all over the place in a few months
