It depends on the saddle and your weight but I’ve known saddles start creaking quickly if ridden like that.
I’d certainly try it. Or perhaps a longer stem. To shift you forward a bit.

From the looks of it you may need to go up a size in bike frame, but a set back seat post would definitely give you better support. Also, if I may suggest, angle your seat forward just a tad.

That is a setback seatpost. And it appears you need more setback still.
