Today’s adventure had it all: a hearty breakfast of bacon and eggs, serene gravel paths, and… a buzzing swarm of relentless horseflies! As we cycled through the stunning Natura 2000 de Sologne reserve, we discovered that horseflies are faster, hungrier, and far more determined than we’d like. Thankfully, a raincoat became the ultimate weapon!
After the swarm finally gave up, we stumbled into unexpected vineyards, had a cozy picnic, and even got a cheerful wave from the vineyard’s owner. The day continued with some WWII history by the Cher River, and a search for the perfect bivouac spot. Oh, and did you know raccoons apparently roam Europe? Neither did we! Join us for laughs, challenges, and a little history on two wheels!

Love the song and the trip. Just with the maps it is hard to see where you are in France.
Horse flies give a nasty bite. You find very appropriate songs for the situation. I am enjoying your videos very much.
