    New bike – Damaged frame / paintwork (Please Help)

    I’ve had my Boardman HYB 8.9 for almost 2 weeks now and I love it. I actually think it’s the best bike I’ve ever had.

    But…

    I’ve accidentally damaged the paintwork and I’m absolutely gutted. Is it possible to repair this?

    First picture is for an example of the paint only. Pictures 2 and 3 show the damage.

    Any help appreciated.

      Two weeks till you scratched it? You did well.

      I’ve scuffed up bikes putting them together and one recent bike had pain spilt all over it after just one week.

      I used tamiya model paint, let it dry, put a clear coat over, get sone helicopter tape and tape over areas that’s likely to have foreign contact.
