Thats what we here call a bicycle shaped object. For the love of god do not waste a penny upgrading that bso just ride it as is until you can afford a bicycle.

DO NOT SPEND MONEY UPGRADING THAT BIKE! Save any money you would spend on it towards a decent bike.
I gotta be honest with you but you got ripped off if you bought that for $120.
