It looks okay. Fix any broken spokes, fix the brake handle positions and check the cables and tires before riding it.

Lugs are typically a dead giveaway of a good bike and yours has giveaways in space really nice pedals and crank set really pretty metal work nice Hardware it’s a really great bike

Yeah, that’s a well made bike with a nice steel frame. Those down tube shifters were used on higher end bikes. I’d guess it’s from the mid 80s. If it’s in good condition and it fits you well, it’s a keeper. If it were mine I would straighten out the monkey business on the handlebars, give it a tune up, and just ride it.

More pics would help, but from what I can tell:
Components date it to the late 70’s, early 80’s. Frame looks decent, mid-level. It appears to have a “Tange #5 sticker,” which was chromoly steel, but it wasn’t butted, so it wasn’t as light as Tange #2, #1, or other high quality tube sets.
The crank appears to be Shimano 600 Arabesque, I’ve got a bike with the same sitting in my living room. IMO it’s a very nice looking crank set. The rest of the parts are also probably Shimano 600 Arabesque, but its hard to tell from the quality of this photo. These parts are equivalent to modern day “Ultegra,” one tier down from Dura-Ace.
All in all, it’s not a super exotic bike or anything, but it would have been decent for the time.

Looks nice (except put a straight edge along bottom of drops, tip of brake levers should just fit. ) Probably need tires, as big as you can fit.
Check brakes. Check bearings (no play, turn smoothly) Youtube any needed repairs.
