Just got this Trek Bontrager bike, probably a 90's bike, for $300. The same is in excellent condition and ride smoothly, for entry level bike. I love the bike, but I feel that I may have over paid a bit. Would like to know others opinion. Thanks.

IMHO once you get in that $300 range the line between overpay and good deal is really marginal. Could you have gotten it cheaper? Probably/maybe/ ¯_(ツ)_/¯. But it’s also in the range of “if you are happy then you didn’t overpay”

Loving the bike is the most important part. I’m sure you’ll get $300 value out of it
