Nothing like a walk in the snowy woodlands. Snow started to settle in the south of England but then it turned to rain, boo! Always surprised me how much green space is within a 20 to 30 minute train ride of Manchester. I felt mislead when I went through Flowery Field a while back and didn't see a flowery field though.

Oh dear , not the highest number but you got out and enjoyed the view. The Manchester to Wigan via Hindley is my local line . Hindley station has a good friends of the station group. Out of interest what day did you do this journey. It was early morning but the trains were almost empty? Do you buy a GM rail ranger ? Thanks

Didn’t get any snow down in Essex and East of England but it’s been so cold. Plus I’ve heard that Northern are to order more new trains which might include more Class 195 and Class 331 Civity’s.
I’m surprised that it’s been snowing quite a lot but still it’s nice to travel on the train with all the snow around. I still do like the scarf that you are wearing. Keep up the good work.

Just down the road from where I live G! Hyde north is difficult to get to on foot from Flowery Field. Those ex Birmingham trains are not hairy 😂 If I'd known you were coming, I'd have made a brew for you on that cold day. If youd done your random generator thingy at Hindley, you could go up two letters from Y to W, which means you could have had Wigan, so you could have done 3 instead of 2 and gone home! 😂
