Remove the crank, try to remove the bottom bracket, assess the situation, act accordingly. Or just go to a bike shop.
Bottom bracket might be a goner. If more serious – frame might be damaged, or at least threads.
BB totally cross-threaded, so likely stripped. The best option is new bike. Your frame is basically shot. A machinist could re-tap the bottom bracket, but good luck with that.
