Hello all I've been holding on to this 1996 schwinn pro modified bmx for the last 10+ years as it was a very expensive bike new and has sentimental value because I got it from a good friend who has since passed away. I've made a post on bmxmuseum.com about a week ago but it still hasn't been approved. I can't find any sold listing's to get a proper value on it as I would possibly consider selling since it's just sitting around. These bikes were $1000 new from what I've found and there were less than 1000 made at anodizing inc in Portland OR hand tig welded from 6061 aluminum. Any insight at all would be great. Thank you! I don't have the time or will to restore this bike because I have a 1999 fatboy hemi mx that means the world to me and I've been working on.

  1. Tbh, id be very surprised if it was worth anymore than its original purchase price, alloy frames notoriously have a shelf life so customers are more wary of them. See if there a schwinn fb group or a 90’s race bmx group where it might land with the right crowd to get maximum interest maybe
