Hello,
I am trying to rebuild my Cadex CFR2 and it’s going great so far. I got everything lubed and working again but the headset bearings are rusted.
I am trying to find an adequate replacement part. Is there any hope to find one?
Headset: Shimano 600
Dimensions of the bearing: 41.8mm x 27 x 8 mm
I would love to reuse the current headset!

Shimano sealed headset bearings are somewhat unique, but it is relatively easy to find the 1-1/8″ version. The 600 logo makes me think those are almost certainly 1″ though.
The 1-1/8″ version were all interchangeable from what I recall, the actual model didn’t matter. These guys only seem to have the 1-1/8″ and 1-14″ sizes.
