I am so glad you liked them. Like you, I thought it was bit of snake oil but having tried them, I was blown away. I usually wear neoprene shoe covers, but these do not keep the soles warm and this is where the Lake winter soles really step up. Those together, I have ridden in -5c with still warm feet. Anything above 8c….your feet will melt !!! Enjoy the warm feet my friend.
Never heard of those before but they look great. I suppose they work a bit like foil blanket and reflect your body heat back instead of having it wick away? Great video as always mate 👍

Hi Harvey. Is the top tube bag that you use, still the 0.8 Tailfin that you used to fit at the front of your top tube. If it is, do you think that the bigger version, the 1.1 L, would fit ok. Your review of the Varia radar has convinced me to get one but I can’t use it with my current saddle bag so need different storage. Thanks for all the content btw, really appreciated. Lawrence

These look great, but i have to wear body geo footbeds in my shoes to stop foot pain. I wonder if there would be enough room for both
