Het is een rotstad geworden met alleen nog maar irritante respectoze rijkelui kinderen en het laagste van afrika dat ze konden vindeb.
They did learned this at school, but a lot of parents, or other people, don’t enforce this. It drives me crazy. A lot of cyclists think they’re above the law in Leuven.
I hope the city of Leuven sees your channel. That a lot of zones are now 30 km an hour is a good thing, but not a solution. The infrastructure is lacking and a lot of bikers don't follow any rules of traffic.
