I am mounting a tire with spike. Usually no problem but the last years i have more and more often problem with tires that are never centered. You see the line on the dekk goes under the rim walls on the left . I think this is an issue because I had recently two tires explode dues to wear exactly at that place. How can I avoid that? I tried to overinflate/puah etc. Nothing seems to help

the bead is not seated. pump up to the specified max pressure and try to massage it in place. if no luck then you can let all the air out and lubricate the tire bead with soap water to help it slide on
Make it wet first and then try to over-inflate?
I might also help to massage the tire a little at lower pressures.
