Stud on the end of Air shaft won’t come through the whole no matter how i push on it.
Seals are fully seated, air spring has 50 psi in it. Pretty sure lowers aren’t twisted. Any ideas?

Put a bit of air on the airspring.
Did you change the air spring?
Remove the valve core, push lowers down to bottom out. You can then install valve core and add air if needed
Doesn’t look lined up to me. Can you guide it through the hole with the end of a hex key?
