This is a SRAM Connectamajig hose. Similar to what they use on Rockshox Reverb seatposts. It’s SRAM’s version of Shimano’s J-Kit, which is an OEM brake hose coupling system that saves time at the assembly plant by allowing a break in the hose from some internal routing in the fork or frame.
Generally, these are OEM parts and they tell you if you want to replace the hose, you should just use a completely new run of SRAM Road hydraulic hose, but I have seen some of the SRAM Connectamajig hose parts on EBay Europe.
