Got a new bike with 105 Di2. Since it arrived it’s been shifting horribly on the front. Video attached. Have tried again with the adjustment – followed the Better Shifting guide linked below – with no results.
Exact unit model is 105 FD-R7150

Are you shifting up fully cross chained in the back?
Hard to see but it looks like your FD is mounted a bit high? I believe it should be 1-4mm away from the big ring.
