I need to mount bottle cages on my suspension fork (no bosses). I’ll be covering some pretty technical terrain and need some thing rock solid. Does anyone have experience with the SK Anywhere Bottle Mounts?
Did the exact same thing. Works well, but I added an extra strap (inner tube, budget friendly lol) for extra security. 500 offroad km through the Alps, didn’t lose a single bottle.

I use these but with steel hose clamps instead of the included soft straps, much sturdier
Hose clamps seem most robust, but introduce the risk of overtightening them.
For one of, a kilometer of e-tape should be unbeatable.
Personally, I would avoid mounting any weight on lowers to not to add inertia decreasing suspension’s performance. When I have no rear rack, I take extra water to my backpack, when I have a rack, I hang stem bags with bottles on the sides of rack. You can google up half-bag (harness?) for carrying a bottle on top of your top tube.
