Which wheelset should I get?

I want to upgrade my wheelset. Requirements are as follows:

• carbon rims
• XDR Freehub
• ~21mm inner Ø
• Mostly Tarmac/Light Gravel ( want to run Schwalbe g one speed 30-622 on them)
• ~40mm deep

I narrowed it down to theese 3 options:

Light Bicycle AR 46 (1459g, DT Swiss 350) ~920€ (Including Shipping / Tax with 10% Coupon)
Aerycs Aero WT 40 (1365g, DT Swiss 350) 999€ (Free Shipping)
ZIPP 303s (1530g, Zipp 76D / 176D) 819,99€ (Free Shipping)

I could find very little information on Aerycs, which makes me hesitant to go with them. LB Seems to be well known and reputable, but warranty claims would be a hastle, with them being in china. The ZIPP seem to be the best bang for the buck?!

Which of these 3 would you choose? Any alternatives?
