Looks similar to my Kona Dawg Deluxe. 26” 140F/125R travel. Super playful bike, really poppy with the wheelsize and short stays. Only thing with older full-sus bikes is noticeable amounts of pedal bob. There’s two Truths for sale near me but nowhere as nice as that one for the same asking price.

You might want to verify availability of rear suspension rebuild components. Shock eye bushings are easy but frame bushings sometimes are completely custom to the design and no longer available.
In proper condition the rear end is a lot stiffer than most other 4 bars from this era. Front triangle is prone to cracks so keep an eye out for hairlines.
I still really want an Ellsworth from this era. It’s sad how much the company fell apart.

Hey our shop had a guy that would bring his in every now and then and he rode the *mess* out of it. That thing was light and FUN. And he loved it.
If you’re into this bike, I say do it.
It’s likely the guy dropped a chunk of change getting it back in shape, and I bet he’s got some sentimental attachment to it as well.
You might ask them about wiggle room on price but, hey. At the end of the day it’s your bike and worth whatever value you put on it.
Just be reminded that these frames are well made and the people who ride them love them!
