Sorry for asking but … A dry bag is a dry bag right ? What makes this one different ? Can’t you just use any dry bag ?

Iit’s not the drybag that makes this work, any with the right dimensions would do. It’s the harness (small spongy thingies and narrrow plate between the bar and the bags) that keep the entire assembly tight

It looks homemade. The fabric looks like either Dyneema or Tyvek.

Rockgeist makes an ultra fabric bag that I recommend, it’s very similar to this.
