i lost my front wheel spoke a week ago and another front wheel spoke a while ago. it keeps getting loose and getting stuck on the wheel hence being bent. how do i fix this, back wheel has no issue.
most likely the “pretension” of the spokes is too low in respect to the weight of the rider. the more spokes break, the more stress the remaining spokes have to endure and it’ll go faster and faster. don’t know the exact theory behind it, read it somewhere as I had similar issues, thought the tension was perhaps too high but actually it’s the other way around. there are calculation examples for that. attached a picture of a tension meter for spokes.
