Yesterday I tried to unfasten the bolt that keeps the saddle on my bike fixed but it broke with one part of the bolt being stuck in the thread. How do I get it out?

Maybe borrow a Drexel, cut a slot in the part sticking out, and try to unscrew with a flathead screwdriver? And improve your chances by hitting it with some penetrating oil, and some heat to get things loosened up
