Hello community!
I’m about to get crazy: what Allen key size is fitting this? I tried with a 10 but without success and an 11mm is super hard to buy where I live.
Additionally from many videos I see that you can access the free hub from the front of it but in my case I can insert a 10mm Allen key only if I try from the other end of the tunnel 😭
Can you please help me here?

If 10mm slips it is either 11 or you rounded something.
It’s an 11 or 12, it depends on the core
