Is this worth it for a project bike? What would you offer? I know nothing abt road bikes or the brand bianchi but I thought it would be a fun first road bike/fixie to fix up.

This is a track bike not a road bike. It’s a great bike, but you don’t want to ride it more than a mile or so.
It is a dope bike for $80 though
