This is my favorite bike I’ve ever ridden. Decided to treat it as such and got it some new bars (Wald 898) and brake/levers. Gave the bars the Rivendell wrap and twine treatment to boot. Took it for a frosty afternoon ride and it did not disappoint!
(Yes I know I forgot the rear brake rubber boot lol)

Love those XO frames! My partner’s bike is a trash found xo-4. I know the 1s get more love but they’re a great 90s hybrid!
X0-2 in purple is such a good color! Funny enough Ive always wanted an orange X0-1, but haven’t been able to get my hands on one. Thus I have been calling this my “Rivendell X0-1.”
