Personally my fav is Chris and Rob on PNW Bikepacking. Great buddy vibe, fun, beautifully shot, not too emotional. A lot of videos tend to go deep on the whole isolation/ self reflection/ internal struggles angle for me.
Also Iohan is an OG legend of course. Can have that stuff in for hours in the background on a slow Sunday afternoon tinkering around the house.

I like Dan Cycles The World a lot. His videos are well done and he seems like a nice dude. Not as dorky as a lot of bikepackers but still a little dorky.
