  1. It looks like your lockring is rubbing directly on your frame, **which is a very serious issue.** Stop riding this setup until you fix it.

    The most likely cause would be a spacer installed behind the cassette that you were meant to remove. Cassettes that are 10 spd or lower, or MTB cassettes, require a thin spacer behind the cassette when being installed. This looks to be a 12spd 105 cassette, which most likely doesn’t require the spacer.

    1. Remove the cassette from the freehub, remove any extra spacers at the back of the cassette, and reinstall.
    2. Check for rub at the lockring. If the rub persists, take this to a mechanic to look at. There is probably something simple you are missing, but it’s hard to diagnose on the internet.

  2. Hello it seems that the chain does not fit easily on the sprockets. It looks like there is wear and friction on the four sprockets starting at the top. To see how it is is difficult to say
