I’ve only had the ortleib vario backpack pannier for a few weeks now and I’ve already lost the g hook that secures the roll top.
Has anyone ever retrofitted this with a buckle rather than a g hook? Alternatively do you have any recs for new g hooks or alternatives for securing the roll top?

You can order replacement parts from the ortleib site and I have done do to replace broken clips in the past.
You should reach out to them directly, they’re a great company with wonderful customer service.
