This may be an unpopular opinion, but I’m really not a fan of bullhorns. I think you can get the same leverage on the tops of your drops, or even add hoods if you need to. To me they’re probably the least aesthetically pleasing handlebar you can mount.

Horns are practical for the positioning but man are they ugly as hell

Bullbars and pursuit bars look best on ss/fixie.

Depends. If your in an area with not a bunch of hills or velodrome/track, go drops. If you’re in an area with a bunch of hills go with bullhorns.

Out of these two? Bullhorns, all the way. I personally hardly ever use the actual drops on dropbars when I have them on. And bullhorns just look way cooler; cleaner and more purposeful. Also, it’s a very minor point, but I find drops are just a lot more arsey for getting caught on stuff. They hook the other bikes on the wall rack, or just on stuff as I’m getting the bike out the house. Not a deal-breaker, of course, but it can be annoying.
All that said wide(ish) riser dump all over both of them (for me, at least).

Bullhorns our the 2. If you get pursuit bullhorns, even better with more hand positions.

Drops or risers, nothing looks worse on a bike than bullhorns.
Except maybe purple parts (excluding frame).
