So recently I got my hand on a Kona Ti frame and I was wondering if someone has ever tried fabricating a Boost spacing dropouts for it. It originally comes with QR sliding dropouts, but I got the add on to make it thru axle. Its a 12×142 tho. Has someone ever tried to fabricate any boost dropouts for this? Any idea where I could get that designed and fabricated? Thanks!

Curious if a machine shop could mill out 3mm per side. Not sure how thick they are but some sliders I have seen look way over built.
You can buy those from Kona
1/8” = 3mm, those things look thick.
*But wait, that pic is a qr drop out, not actual pic.
Maybe Stillwater has the only answer that matters
A lot of Kona’s to stuff was built by Lynskey so I’d check with them.
I think your stuck with relacing the rear wheel with a 142 x 12 hub.
