Hi all, as the title suggests I’m looking to buy a relatively cheap ($300 budget) commuter bike. I’m very much entry level so not too knowledgeable when it comes to quality or brand. I was hoping someone could offer their opinion on these listings and whether any are worth purchasing for the price.
To note: I’m more than willing to take them in for a tune up. I’m mostly just looking for something that will be reliable in the long run.
Thanks!

The one which is your size…
Yeah, look for right size of the bike, its easy to check which size is ok on YT or whatever. Then just choose bike which looks best ti you. Simple as that. U are beginner, dont oblverthink it too much, i was there… almost every bike will be good with a little regular service (low cost) what u can di by urselft. Regards and have fun!
The Trek 560 looks perfect to me. It’s similar to the Raleigh Record I used for regular commuting for over 10 years
I would recommend adding mudguards and some kind of small saddle bag for spare inner tube and basic tools- oh and your packed lunch if needed!
Also a frame fit pump and do you need a lock?
First, decide if you want drop or flat bars. In my humble opinion, flat bars are more comfortable for commuting.
Second, better a bike that allows wider tires (old road bikes don’t usually have clearance enough).
