I think you’re unlikely to find something like this new. Bike co-ops, nonprofits, and shops with used bikes would likely have many of this variety of quill stem. eBay is also a great place to find parts like this Be sure to measure the diameter of the stem where it inserts into the steerer + the bar clamp inner diameter to ensure you are getting the proper sized stem.

Only way to find one used is eBay or see if your long time LBS still has some in a bin of old stuff. I’ve got a small stash of them somewhere – but being 6’4” seldom part with the few I have left. Your local use shop/coop might have some but I expect the days of these being plentiful as it was ~8 years ago when I worked in used shops might be changing with newer donations and more demand for these stems.

Idk where you guys shop but even just searching “tall quill stem” or “gooseneck quill stem” on amazon seems to have plenty of budget options. VeloOrange has some bougie ones too if that’s what you want.

You can find some on Amazon, but the quality will be at least a little questionable. Personally, I’d look for a used one to refurbish if necessary- Ebay, or perhaps find a shop with an old parts bin. Or get one of the risers that will allow you to use a threadless stem, which will give you more options for length, etc.
Edited to add that a bike shop might be able to order something for you, as well but not 100% on that. The general “parts” vendors might have wholly moved away from threaded stem items by now.

If you’re ok with an aheadstem, then look at trials ones. I’ve one on my trek 830. It’s 120mm long but with a massive rise!

Just picked up a big ass Profile Design BOA stem on eBay and love it. It was New Old Stock, not a whole lot of budget friendly new ones out there from my research
