Hi, thought that I understood this but the text on the adapter got me confused. There is a 140mm rotor on the front brake pictured. What will I have to do when changing to a 160mm?

Hi, thought that I understood this but the text on the adapter got me confused. There is a 140mm rotor on the front brake pictured. What will I have to do when changing to a 160mm?

If it’s a reversible adapter, you remove the adapter from the frame then the caliper from the adapter. You should be able to flip the adapter the other way, and reinstall along with the new rotor
