I just got this bike last week, took it on 2 rides, and love everything about it. Today I wiped it down and started seeing all these shadows in the frame. Not sure if it’s how they laid the carbon but should I expect a frame that is better quality than this? Or is this normal for a Canyon? Thanks.

I wouldn’t be so much worried about the carbon layup but your seat post seems to be split in half. /s
Isn’t the stealth black supposed to show the carbon underneath?
A lot of black carbon bikes i’ve seen tend to show hints of carbon underlay beneath (Specialized being one of them). Might be normal as a lot of time it’s more of a clear coat over the carbo than a full coat of paint like on traditionally painted bikes.
The first scratches and visual imperfections always hurt the most. But it’s a bike, it’s meant to be ridden and not to be exposed in a museum.
Looks 100% normal
My raw carbon Deity mtb bars looked exactly the same. It’s how she be.
That’s how raw carbon is supposed to look. They could have added a layer of uniform 3k weave to hide it all like bikes in the late 2000’s but that would just add weight
