I noticed a rattling in the frame of my recently purchased Cannondale Habit LT Carbon 1. I removed the dropper post, flipped the bike upside-down, and this bolt with arms fell out.
This is my first real mountain bike and I don't have much experience with bike maintenance. I think it might be a cable guide? Any advice on what this is and how to put it back is greatly appreciated.

does your bike have external cables? that would hold them to the frame but the bolt goes the other way around. It should go somewhere under the downtube. Something like this: [https://www.wildebikes.com/products/wilde-triple-cable-guide](https://www.wildebikes.com/products/wilde-triple-cable-guide)

Looks like a cable guide from underneath your bottom bracket.
Looks like one of my saddle brackets.
It’s a cable guide.
Saddle clamp
Looks like saddle clamp to me based on design. The rails slide on to those slots
Housing guide. Left side is for shift housing, right side is for a brake hose/housing.
1. it could be a saddle clamp. I dont think so. as far as i know, there are no saddles with asymmetrical rail diameters.
2. it could be a bottle cage mount. I dont think so. same reason as the saddle clamp
3. it could be a cable guide. I think this is most likely it, but if it is then the bolt would be going the other way through so it could hold the cables against something. It’s the only option i can think of that might have asymmetrical thickness. [check out the image of the beige bike](https://mythcycles.com/2019/08/05/mmg-cable-routing/)
TLDR: it’s a bolt on cable guide, probably for the underside of your down tube
