Speed brother. You need some speed. Also try to bring your ass down so they’re more parallel with your knees. That worked for me

Butt needs to go further back behind the rear wheel. And also bring your butt and whole core down more.

2 additional things that don’t get mentioned enough with manuals.
1. Keep your eyes on where you want to go.
Your body will reactively adjust to where it needs to be to keep your balance point.
2. Don’t forget that you have arms.
What I mean by this is a lot of people manual with their legs and ass. Practice engaging your arms (pulling) and your core with the manual. Over time your mind to muscle memory will engage these and increase your balance point.
Happy learnings! 🙂

I basically did this for hours and hours every day. Well before we had people on the other side of our phones ready to help. Eventually I could manual basically as far as I wanted to. Just keep practicing, you don’t seem to be doing anything obviously wrong.

I have two tips
You keep the eyes were you want to go, not on the bike (i took a time to get this one)
Bring your ass down a little, close to the wheel and you’re getting more control of your manual
